Work out!

          What's up world!

            Working out, something a lot of people don't do, but it should be apart of our regular routine. We were born into this world with a body, 2 legs, feet, 2 hands, 2 arms, a head, and a body, we should take care of it, the way you do this, by working out.

              When I was younger I was a little chubby monster lol. I used to get clowned about it. My doctor used to tell my mom I would grow out of it with height, something I believe today was a lie. If I would have kept my same eating habits, and never worked out or anything, I would have been a large person. Nothing against big people, but history shows it is unhealthy, working out, just like sleep expands your life.

              I just got done doing my pull ups, I never have a set number that I wanna do, but I do more each time I get on that thing. I have an at home pull up bar that attaches to any door frame. I've done so many that I float on that thing now, not that I don't have a tolerance lol, but I do a pretty penny. A lot of people can't hold their own weight, can't even do a push up to save their life, THAT'S NOT OK!

             Anything can be a workout, walking, swimming, parties :), Fucking ;) ;)!!! Just do it, sweat a little bit each day, because I know you take a shower everyday.....If not......Get on it lol!
