I'm probably Drake's biggest fan, but it's sad to say that I hadn't listened to his Room for improvement mix tape until a couple of minutes ago, reading a chapter :)! He nice as fuck, and it would be that what i'm reading is going right along with what I was listening to. Not that I hadn't heard any songs on the tape, but I believe all Cd's are meant to be listened from #1 to the end in sequence to get the right vibe the artist was trying to give, from the intro, to how the skits go into the track after it, it gets real.
Music really is art, words are art, respect it. Distance deceives is up next, my next mix tape, it's gonna KILL!!!! I'm excited, haven't dropped a dat yet, just know it's coming soon!
Room for improvement was a good tape though. You can see his progression, while at the same time seeing why everyone already loved him back then. Whenever I like an artist, I usually hop on with whatever their latest project is and rarely go back. So any of their old music I don't really hear, it was just farfetched to me that it was the same with drake, cause this niggas music is crazy!! I be feeling like I lived this niggas life, but i'm starting to understand...... You can know to if you search for it! They say you want to hide something from a black man, put it in a book!
I'M OPENING THEM SHITS UP!!!! LETS WORK!
