Life Gets Real

We all look at kids like, damn, I used to be that small, and IGNORANT. I like the way artist Kendrick Lamar said it, ignorance is bliss, or ignorance is happiness. Things like not knowing the value of the dollar, not knowing how other people feel, or even other peoples problems makes life so much more enjoyable. Life was so much easier as a toddler!!!

Now i'm all grown up and I see what life is really about. It's different then what I thought way back then, but I know what it's about now. It sucks yea, but we wake up to live another day, and we appreciate that day, some people don't. Some people appreciate their job, some people appreciate their kids, some people appreciate money. There are all kinds of different people in the world.

What kind of person am I......?

I don't fully know yet, I haven't seen or been around everything to make that kind of judgement. Most people never do make it around everything to see what they appreciate most out of life. I know at this very moment in time, what i'm worried about most, is money!

Selector!!

What's going on people, MAL here, as you should all know by now if you're reading this, i'm a rap artist, but my primary income isn't coming from music.....YET!! I work at C&S, a well know wholesale grocer, serving stores like Target, Stop & Shop, Key Foods & more.

I work in a freezer facility, where it can get anywhere from 0 to -20 degrees. This facility might be one of the coldest places in the world!!! When I first heard about it I was kinda skeptical about people working in a place like that. I'm a re-hire this time around, I did a year before, i've been back for about 2 and a half months and got it down packed in like 2 weeks. Boss!!!

          Can You Work Here.....?

Of Course, apply online @ CSWG.com. I'm not the only one that should be making this money! $15.50/hour, and if you work more, you get paid more. Theres this one guy that does 200% every week and gets paid $32/Hr every week. Last week I did 121% averaged out to about $18/Hr. Bad thing is, it takes awhile to learn the job, so you'll probably be making $12.50/Hr for a little while, but it jumps pretty quick.

The warehouse is pretty big, aisles from 41 to 94!!! All being wide enough for two jacks, the machines we work on, to fit in one aisle, with a little bit of head room. There are selectors, the people who get the product, loaders, they obviously load onto the trucks, and multiple other positions. I won't give all the secrets away, just apply!

Family Guy

I just want to say, family guy might be the funniest show ever.....well, next to The Chappelle show lol. I'm sitting here watching it with my daughter now and I died twice! Respect to Seth Macfarlane for this show lol.

So the head scout tells peter his son is doing bad and is going to be kicked out of the boy scouts due to lack of badges. Peter asks him to give his son one more chance and the head scout agrees but tells him, "ok, ok, ill give chris another shot, but you only have 3 days to get a merit badge," Peter goes "3 days? That's tomorrow!!!"

.....LMFAO! I died, came back, and died again.

This show is so good I don't even have a favorite character, because they're all that good! Stewie is probably the most popular, a genius baby who plots on the murder of his mother, while at the same time not being able to not love her. Peter the man of the house, yet is deemed retarded. Lois, the mother the normal one, but gets trap by her families stupidity. Meg the daughter, Ugly as a duckling while still being shallow. Chris the son, fat loser who just can't get right. Last but not least Brian, the smart sophisticated dog, alcoholic bachelor, if I had to pick one, Brian would probably be it.

            & I'm Still dying lol

Seems Like Just Yesterday....

It seems like just yesterday that I was "thinking" of what the intro to my Distance Deceives mix tape would be, now i'm sitting on so much work for you people!! I want it to get to a point where everybody is excited for my mix tape as I am. Definitely still a journey, that's why I haven't dropped a date yet.

For the ones that don't know much on how to do this, don't have an idea, and then give everybody a time and place of where that idea is going to be without it being done. You should have any and everything on your end done, & then you can tell the people hey, this is coming this date. If not you could possibly and very easily run into problems, & some very unhappy people (Fans).

I feel its amazing what i've done in such a short period of time. Doing, learning, teaching, all of it, but I still have a long way to go, I know that when I listen to a drake track then mines right after Lol!

That's next level though, i'm over here working on a budget :). Be on the lookout for distance deceives (DD). Don't worry, I won't stay quiet till then! ~Put In Work (Mush Mouth!)

I Realized...

I Live to fast for myself, I always want the best, isn't it ironic that I am the best! I was sitting in my car next to a spot where I had once upon a time told a boy I would come back and buy his bike. Oh yeah I was serious, he said it would be $50, I was like cool, i'll definitely get that.

......I never went back to buy that bike, but less than a year later I had my first car. I wasn't expecting to get a car, I just went and got it cause I needed transportation. A bike would have sufficed, but I wanted more, and knew that I could get more, so I went for it and got it.

      What else you ask....?

Almost the same thing happened when I got my newest car. It's not that I needed it, mind you I still owned my prior, but I wanted it and knew I could have it, so I went and got it. This is part of the reason I feel I am going to win......REGARDLESS!

Most people go thru life being okay with mediocre, being fine living paycheck to paycheck, being told they can be anything they want to be in life, but not embracing that message. This message is very true, hard work will get you anywhere. Preparation + Opportunity = Success, YOU ASK HOW...

......Well I don't know yet but when I get there i'll be sure to blog about it!!!! :)

Music Business Service!

            What's going on people,
It's 7:37 A.M., i'm an early bird, but I think I set my alarm for to early! I want to talk a little bit today about services in the music business that you can/must pay for, or at least its recommended, not so much what they are but how you should treat them. My example today...

~MUSIC VIDEOS: Yesterday I had a video shoot for my track "Put in work (Mush Mouth!)." This shoot went totally wrong. I definitely put more faith in the camera man than I should have. Its no biggie though, he's a cool dude, even said he'd come back get it done the right way, so I respect him. Now in me paying for this service, I expect quality, and me having a vision, I know exactly what I want, but I know exactly what happened lol....

So you ever been doing something that someone else knows how to do better than you, and they tell you "hey, you should focus on this more," but then you end up being stuck on that one factor and forget all the others.

....Well thats what happened here. Only thing I emphasized was I wanted some un-focus to focus shots. Not sure what they're actually called, but I know the effect, and I know it makes music videos look dope! I'm more familiar with mixing down vocals than mixing down a video, but i'm damn good!

First of all, I shouldn't have been playing X-box before he left, I should have been checking the videos. By the time I did check the videos, I ended up only going thru half realizing I cant do a video with this, and called him back, time was of the essence!!!

All in all, when your purchasing a service in the music business, in any business, check your product no matter how much faith you have in them. It may not be what you want!
